PROVADA 2008, which took place on 10-12 June in the Amsterdam RAI, has attracted a record number of visitors. The number of participants at this year’s PROVADA surpassed 20,000, which represents a 30% growth compared to last year’s event.
Imo Pan Iberian Retail, the property investment fund managed by Imorendimento, completed the acquisition of a site located in Guia, Albufeira, in the Algarve Region, in order to develop a new shopping center, the Algarve Gran Plaza. The site was sold by local company Urbanipera.
AMB Property France, an affiliate of AMB Property Corporation®, has started development on 41,500 m² of distribution space near the Port of Le Havre. AMB Le Havre Logistics Park is a two-building, multi-phase development located in the Le Havre submarket.
King Sturge has leased a 10,240-m² unit at the Romanian capital’s Mercury Logistics Park to Dumagas Transport. This is the largest space leased this year on the Romanian logistics property market and the third major transaction for the park.
Fabege has disposed of the properties Grдddц 2&4 in Farsta, Еnsta 20:17 in Цrebro and Kurland 17 at Norrmalm in Stockholm for SEK 116 million (approx. €11.3 mln.). The properties comprise a total lettable area of approximately 19,000 m².
